OpsFlow stores the load emails, carrier contacts, quotes, and drafts you put into the desk so your brokerage can cover freight. That data belongs to your organization.

We use a hosted database and email sending provider to run the product. Model providers may receive load text when a draft is generated. Do not paste secrets, passwords, or payment card numbers into a load.

Account email and brokerage name are used to sign you in and show the desk. We do not sell broker, shipper, or carrier lists.

You can ask us to close an account and delete organization data that is not required to keep for a legal or security reason. Email logs at the sending provider may persist for a limited time on their systems.
