Terms of use

OpsFlow is a supervised procurement desk for freight brokers and dispatchers. You keep control of every outbound email. OpsFlow does not book loads, tender freight, or bind a carrier or client without your send.

You are responsible for the accuracy of load details, rates, and emails you approve. Do not use OpsFlow to send messages you are not authorized to send, or to share a shipper’s identity with carriers when your brokerage’s rules require that it stay internal.

Accounts are for brokerage teams. You must keep login credentials confidential and use only the carrier list and client data your organization is allowed to process.

The software is provided as-is for this launch. We may change features, suspend access, or correct errors. Paid billing, if enabled later, will be described at checkout.

These terms are a short launch notice, not a complete commercial contract. If you need a signed agreement before putting live customer data in OpsFlow, contact the operator before you do.
